  2. We’ll issue an RMA and confirm all of your information.
  3. Ship your coil overnight to our facility.
  4. Upon receipt, your coil will receive priority service and be delivered directly to a waiting technician.
  5. In a matter of hours, you’ll receive our assessment and quote.
  6. As soon as you provide a PO, the clock starts.
  7. RapidRepair for MRI Coils is complete by the end of the next business-day

Qualifiers

We wish that we could complete EVERY repair in as quickly as 1-day.

Somethings just can’t be rushed, such as major mechanical repairs, painting, re-foaming, cable fabrication, parts fabrication, and flex-trace replacements.

Most coil models qualify for RapidRepair, but not all. Our team can let you know.

We also won't rush any device being sent in under warranty. We need to allow our quality team additional time to thoroughly assess your device and document data in our QMS.
