August 21, 2019 Tulsa, OK – Chairman of Innovatus Imaging, Dennis Wulf, recently announced record growth in service volume and revenue generated by the company’s Ultrasound Center of Excellence in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This growth is due to securing multiple contracts with independent distributor networks, imaging facilities, and securing new volume from existing customers for repair services for Standard, TEE and 3D/4D and ultrasound probes.
“Our volume for probe repair has grown exponentially under the leadership of Jonathan Hoffman, our general manager, who develops and executes operational processes for optimized efficiencies and quality outcomes,” said Wulf. “We are honored with the trust our clients, new and old, have and continue to put in us to deliver the loaners they need and the outcomes they expect.”
Jonathan Hoffman has been overseeing the day to day operations of the Tulsa Center of Excellence for probe repair since 2018. Under his direction, the company has substantially expanded its daily output, testing and repairing hundreds of makes and models of ultrasound probes.
Innovatus Imaging’s Center of Excellence for Ultrasound Probe Repair started as WETSCO, a company founded by Wulf who built the business into one of the most respected and successful probe repair companies in the U.S. Wulf has also helped to lead the industry toward quality controls and outcomes. In 2017, WETSCO was integrated with MD MEDTECH, also founded by Wulf, and Bayer MultiVendor Services to form Innovatus Imaging, a full-service company for ultrasound probe repair, MRI coil repair and radiography equipment services.
Under the management of Hoffman, operational systems have been put in place to better control costs, expand capabilities and offerings, continually improve quality standards, and drive savings which are passed on to clients. Fine tuning workflow processes for evaluation, repairs, and testing have decreased turn-around times while keeping prices competitive, and exceeding expectations for performance and longevity of repairs.
Overall the company has seen exponential growth since January 2019, putting out more volume per capita than ever, and with best in class outcomes.
“Efficiencies at every level of the business have escalated. Which means faster turn times for repairs, expanded loaner availability, and quicker realization scenarios ultimately resulting in happier customers,” says Hoffman. “We are hiring new staff to keep up with our growth which is exactly where we want to be.
Leading development of partnerships, sales and customer relationships for Ultrasound repairs and restoration at Innovatus Imaging are Matt Tomory, VP of Ultrasound Center of Excellence, and Cam Conklin, VP of Global Sales. Tomory has been a thought leader and leading executive for ultrasound repairs for more than 30 years, and Conklin has been leading customer experiences, partnership development, and global sales since the company operated as MEDRAD and then Bayer MultiVendor services.
Dave Johnson, newly appointed CEO for Innovatus Imaging, stated:
“Our Tulsa team continues to be recognized and rewarded for providing unparalleled quality as exemplified by the number of large contracts we continue to sign with independent healthcare systems and reseller networks”.
